Formed Bellows


		Formed bellows made of a thin welded tube are flexible tubing, they are for compensation of movements of connected components. They are applicable for vacuum as for inner or outer pressures. METALLIC FLEX- Bellows are made of stainless steel and corrosion resistant.

We propose single thin wall bellows for vacuum application only in order to achieve high movement and small spring force.

METALLIC FLEX- Bellows are cleaned and dried to use them free of problems in UHV appliances. Each piece is helium leak checked.

Formed bellows equipped with tube ends available in sizes ID5 to ID300.

	For special purposes we are able to offer oval or elliptical bellows, tin bronze bellows for magnetic sensitive appliances or bellows for cryogenic applications.
	Hydraulically formed bellows are placed in many applications, with outer pressure, inner pressure, vacuum, to minimize vibration , to ease assembly, to compensate thermal elongation, to protect the inner instrument.
