We manufacture Edge Welded Bellows, Edge Welded UHV Bellows, Diaphragm Bellows from the finest material available allows movements and is leak tight. The bellows performance require materials which are formable, tight and weldable.
Stainless Steel 1.4435 Stainless Steel 1.4435 - The most used material for edge welded bellows in the field of research. It´s for general purposes. It is corrosion resistant, almost non magnetic, provides sufficient flexibility.
Federstahl AM350 AM350 is a master of flexibility and permanent movement. AM350 is a spring steel made for edge welded bellows which are not magnetically effected. Perfect application in machines who run and run. Edge welded bellows can go million of cycles. Not so corrosion resistant and magnetic.
Titan Titanium is a completely non magnetic material. This property is quite unique. When electron beams shall go as the ought to, Titanium is the right material. Furthermore Titanium is leight weight and corrosion resistant.
Hastelloy C-276 Hastelloy C-276 - This nickel alloy offers outstanding corrosion resistance against acid´s, chlorids and oxydization. A material for the chemistry.
Inconel 718 Inconel 718 - Furnaces and all application which work with high temperature do need Inconel 718. A further nickel alloy designed to stand high temperature.
